Resolved - We have upgraded our system to work with Google Single Sign-on(SSO). If your Google accounts are connected for syncing calendar, contacts, drive, etc. you will need to reconnect your accounts for the syncing to resume. If you have any further issues, please contact Citrix Technical Support.

Investigating - Podio customers, who are using Google SSO, may be experiencing issues logging in. The Citrix Engineering team is currently investing and will update the status accordingly.

Monitoring - We have known delays for bulk background tasks related to Excel export, imports and bulk calculations following the incident earlier today. The underlying problem has been resolved and the work is slowly catching up, we expect delays to be resolved in the next few hours. We will update when delays are back to normal.

Investigating - Due to a prior incident, Podio end-users may be experiencing issues with Excel import/export and bulk calculations. Citrix engineers are currently monitoring and will provide an update with the delays are resolved.

Resolved - Current Status: At this time, we believe that the issues affecting the Citrix Podio background tasks and Workflow Automation Service have been fully resolved.
