We expect maintenance to finish today (ET) after peak hours in order to run the last bit without disruption for you. We have been able to identify and fix the underlying issue causing real-time notifications not to update without a refresh. This should now be working as expected again. We still see slight delays for calculations and exports, caused by a significant load for this area of Podio. We will resume maintenance when operations are back to normal and update here.

Webhooks and workflow automation should be processing again at normal speed. We do expect to see continuous delays throughout today as we complete the maintenance work for the database. We will continue maintenance however a bit slower than we hoped for as we pause occasionally in order not to cause disruption for the general operations of Podio.

We have received reports that Podio was intermittent unavailable and that users experienced degraded service from 08:57-09:12 CET - 02.57-03.12 EST. The cause of this degradation in service was unfortunately related to the current on-going maintenance. We have identified the root-cause and will take actions to ensure the rest of the maintenance can proceed in a safe manner. The scheduled maintenance is still in progress. We are truly sorry for the disruption in service.
