We have completed steps to restore stability to the customer experience with Podio real time updates. Real time updates for item activity, notifications and chat should now be back to normal performance.

We are aware of the impact caused from yesterdays outage, and will be posting a full RCA on yesterday’s incident this week. As a result of the incident yesterday you might have experienced delay or missing updates for workflow triggers, search indexing, calculations or notifications. As a result, workflow triggers will need to be triggered again to ensure the workflow is completed if the operations were halted as a part of yesterday’s issue.

We are considering the incident with delays for real time updates to item activity to be resolved. We are deeply sorry for the disruption in service, and will take actions internally for faster resolution and recovery in the future.
